Title chasing Haywards Heath Town parted company with first team boss Naim Rouane on Saturday evening.

After a 1-1 draw at home to Wick hours earlier the club announced they would be going their separate ways despite holding down second place in the Southern Combination Premier Division.

The club statement noted they have made the decision in reference to the future growth of the club with a planning permission in place and ongoing development of the facilities at the Home Smart Energy Stadium.

No further comment has been made although Rouane released his own statement on his personal Instagram page on Sunday morning thanking the club for the opportunity and support from the Heath fanbase.
